Easy Summer Salad

Ingredients
2 x 250g Love Beets
120 g IGA Fresh Spinach & Rocket
150 g Danish feta
1/2 cup lightly chopped walnuts
Method:
1. Place the rocket in a serving bowl. Scatter over beetroot.
2. Crumble over the feta and sprinkle with walnuts.
3. Drizzle with the deliciously easy dressing and serve.
